Having traveled and lived in over 5 continents, I relish a variety of perspectives and cultures. Trained as an evolutionary ecologist, I have seen my passion for scientific inquiry meld with other creative approaches that help me better understand the world around us. As an ardent learner, I use my formal training and experiences in science, teaching and mindfulness practice to enrich learning spaces in the private and public sectors. Present to my own personal growth, I am an NVC practitioner, a 3-Doors graduate (Ligmincha International), and a joyful member of Houston Playback Theater.

Alongside friends and teachers, my family is a great source of strength, support and life-education. I deepen my learning when supporting individuals, groups and organizations through workshops and coaching. I believe we have more resilience, self-responsibility and compassion to embark on this interdependent journey when we cultivate our natural willingness to respond to needs for care, mattering and growth.
