12 Sundays, August 18 to November 10 (skip Labor Day weekend)
Your Commitment:
Each person agrees to purchase Ongo 2.0. from your book seller. Cost for hard-copy is $24 and for electronic version (ongobook.com), $9.99. (Hard copy is preferred.)
Each person holds the intention to:
- Be present for the Sunday Ongo Group gathering
- Complete 3 solo practices (scripted in the book)
- Do a 1 hour scripted exercise with another participant each week (over the phone)
Each person has the opportunity, if desired, to guide the group one Sunday during the 12 weeks with complete guidance from the book.
