We are a global communication hub based in Houston, Texas, the fourth largest city in the United States. We trail slightly behind Chicago with New York and Los Angeles being the largest. Our metropolitan area includes 6.77 million people of the greatest diversity in all of the United States. This is important to us because we are here to serve as a place of connection, resource and growth.

Most of our Board members live in the greater Houston area, but this past year we expanded our team to include representation from India which has led to a increased diversity in workshop participants. We hope to continue bridging communities by thinking globally and acting locally.
